Our fees
Our commission is due only upon signing the final deed at the notary’s office. We do not charge any administrative fees.
Search fees : 2% to 3% depending on the property price.
Fees including tax are calculated based on the sale price, excluding notary fees.
Sales fees (incl. tax) : 3% to 5% depending on the property price. Photo shoots and technical diagnostics are at our expense.
