RESEARCH AND PURCHASING
Through us, you’ll have access to the best of Paris real
estate. We’ll search for available properties with individuals, banks, notaries, real estate agents, etc., and select only those that we feel most closely match your expectations. We’ll show them to you, and for each of them we’ll give you our informed opinion. We’ll provide you with the current prices in and around the property that has caught your interest, and suggest a negotiation strategy. As soon as a price agreement has been reached, we will manage relations with notaries and banks on your behalf. If you wish, we can represent you at the signing of the contract.
3 . Owner in Paris
We’ll take care of all the hassles involved in moving into a new apartment, and take out insurance, electricity and internet contracts on your behalf. We can also take care
of any necessary repairs, or put you in touch with decorators, contractors and so on. If you’d like to rent out your apartment, we’ll take care of that too. Last but not least, we’ll be at your side throughout the ownership of your Paris property, offering you all the assistance you need.

Our search fees are between 2% and 3% of the sale price, including tax, depending on the value of the property, excluding notary fees. This fee is only due upon signature of the final deed of sale at the notary's office. What's more, we don't charge any handling fees.

We start with an in-depth interview to identify your specific needs and expectations. Our team then searches for properties that match your criteria perfectly, organizes visits and accompanies you through all the steps up to final signature, including negotiation to obtain the best terms.
