3. Search
From the moment the search mandate is signed, our mission is to select properties that match your expectations. Through us, you gain access to the best of Paris real estate. We search among private sellers, banks, notaries, real estate agents, for available properties and retain only those that most closely meet your criteria. We review the files (diagnostics, homeowners’ association minutes, floor plans, etc…), visit the properties, and for each one provide you with our informed opinion, comparable market prices in and around the property that interests you, and a negotiation strategy.
4. Sign
Once an agreement on the price is reached, we manage the relationship with the notaries alongside you (reviewing documents, verifying the completeness of the file, etc…). We are present at the notary’s office for the signing of the preliminary sale agreement and the final deed, with you or on your behalf if you are not in Paris.
5. Support
We relieve you of all the constraints related to moving into a new apartment and take out insurance, electricity, internet contracts, on your behalf. We can also connect you with contractors or interior designers if needed. If you wish to rent out your apartment, we will handle that as well. More generally, throughout the entire period you own your property in Paris, we will be by your side to provide the assistance you need.

As soon as an offer is made, we advise and support you in order to reach a price agreement.
